Chef Yanee, a native of Bangkok, is highly renowned for her culinary genius. She is a favorite chef of the Royal Thai Embassy and is often called on to cook for dignitaries during their visits to the U.S. Updating some menu favorites and adding her own flair and creativity inspired by family recipes, Chef Yanee uses ingredients that can only be found at Salt Lake City's finest Asian markets. Her seasonally-inspired menus offer a tasty balance between traditional and modern Thai offerings.
